The Compliance Plan clarifies the organization’s expectation that all employees will adhere to applicable laws governing their behavior. The policies and procedures that make up the Compliance Plan apply equally to employees in all Matrix locations.

Matrix Medical Network employees are obligated to report any issue or practice that he or she believes in good faith may constitute a violation of law or Matrix’ compliance policies. The Compliance Hotline allows employees to report issues and concerns anonymously if they so desire.
