Matrix Medical Network is one of the nation’s largest physician
groups providing care to geriatric patients. Our mission is to
provide high quality primary care physician services to residents of
nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living
facilities. Matrix Medical Network physicians and nurse
practitioners also provide care to patients in their home.
Matrix will accomplish this mission by:
• Recruiting and training highly qualified physicians and nurse
practitioners
• Collaborating closely with facility staff to ensure that our
physician becomes a valuable member of the care delivery team
